Over the years, we have developed our skill to work with various image formats. We accept images of any file types and sizes (.AI, TIFF, PSD, JPEG, PNG, CR2 etc.). So do not hesitate to send your files, no matter whatever the format is.
Image Upload & Download
Clients can transfer files to Color Experts by using the Hightail upload box. The file upload capacity with Hightail is a maximum of 500GB and a zip file or 5 files can be uploaded at a time, each file maximum 10GB. An automatic alert will go simultaneously to the client as well as the CEI production after uploading is completed. For more, please visit our upload page.
You will be notified when images are on our server and ready for you to download.
We will create a profile on our FTP server for you with specific log in info, where we will keep all your ready images. We will provide you that log in info so that you can easily download your images from our FTP server.
Yes, 100% undoubtedly. It is a paid file transferring protocol which is highly secured. We know the value of your images and we are committed to receive your files with highest security and confidentiality.

Yes we do! If a customer hands over us a project of minimum 100 images, a discount can be offered and it will be increased up to 50% depending on the image volume and image categories.
